Raised and painted design of pink roses and green leaves with scalloped edges.
The back stamps on the cups are different then the saucers.
The stamps on the saucers include the Eclipse that includes Oven safe produced between 1953 - 1958.
The 2 that included Hand Decorated were produced between 1940 - 1947. Made in USA.
The last without a stamp I am not sure about.
The cups that have made in England, circa 1985 - 2003.
