The back of the picture shows its title as “Kaszubi”. Kaszubi is the name of people from the Kashubia region of Poland (northern-Central). The Kaszubi are a Lechitic (West Slavic) ethnic group native to the historical region of Pomerania, including its eastern part called Pomerelia.
The back also indicates that this is a hand made item that was made in Poland.
