In terms of condition, this book is complete.  Firm staples at cover and centerfold, lies flat, great square spine, amazing color, super glossy, beautiful book. The main issues I noted was spine ticks on the front cover and the cover top right corner needs a little work. I would guess between 8.5-9.0 with potential from a press and clean.
