Vintage 1965 Framed Print of Saint Therese, Patron Saint of Gardeners

Saint Therese of Lisieux, also known as "The Little Flower of Jesus" was a Carmelite nun who died of tuberculosis in 1897 at age 24 in after creating a path to holiness known as her "Little Way" which emphasize performing small, ordinary acts with extraordinary love. She was canonized in 1924 and is the patron saint of florists, gardeners, missionaries and those suffering from illnesses like tuberculosis. This beautiful textured print is in a simple, 15" x 17" elegant wood frame was originally and is inscribe on the back - it was a gift to "Mommy" who received it on her 34th birthday from "Daddy" and their six kids. Has a couple of small cracks from the nails in back, but it is still a stunning piece with great colors.
